At Brown's Catering we are happy to announce our all-inclusive catering services.  You will notice that with most Catering Companies they are more than happy to show you a great low price for the food and charging you addtional for chef labor, serving staff, silverware, glasses, set-up and clean-up.  Almost immediately you will notice that this great low price is not so low when you start adding all the necessities thogether.  This will make your wedding more expensive and more stressful. 
With Brown's Catering restauraunt-style menu we do things just like a restauraunt.  Our concept is easy because this is what the consumer is already used to.  Just like when you order a meal at a restauraunt everything else is already included.  No one is asking you for additional money to pay for forks, knives, spoons, chef labor, serving staff.  In fact if you would eat at a restauraunt that would do this you would never go back there again, simply because you felt like they were trying to nickel and dime you.  So why would you do it with a Catering Company?
With Brown's Catering all-inclusive service our entire staff is at the venue setting up and preparing three to four hours before your wedding starts.  This helps you with the stress of the wedding because you are not depending on your mom or best friend to set up. 
We believe they should not have to worry about that and should enjoy the wedding.  By using our services we also eliminate the rental company.  Besides Chef labor and serving staff all of your China plus table linens, napkins and water glasses are included in your cost of your food, just like a fine-dining restauraunt.  by the time your wedding is over and you show up for your reception.  Our entire staff has already set-up the entire room, food has been prepared and we are ready to follow your timeline.  Our entire staff is there before during and after you leave.  We are in charge of all clean-up and break down of the event.  Many Catering Companies can say that they are a Catering Company but the are not a full-service Catering Company.  We are a full-service Catering Company we are there for you from start to finish.
