  About our Chef
Anthony Brown is the owner and Executive Chef of Brown's     Catering. This catering company was originally started by Anthony's father Garfield Brown in 1972. Anthony followed his father's footsteps to become a Chef.  He graduated from Johnson & Wales Culinary Institute. Immediately following his graduation Anthony went to Paris, France to work under the late great Chef Patrick Clark. Under the late great Chef Anthony cooked in Paris, France for four and a half years.  After Anthony cooked in France for four and a half years he came back June 2000 to take over the family business.  Since Anthony has taken over they have certainly become a Gourmet Catering Company and has four main concepts for our company.  The food must look amazing; something that looks like out of a Gourmet magazine.  The food must taste amazing.  Service must always exceed the customer's expectations. The fourth and all this for a very affordable cost.
At Brown's Catering we are happy to announce our all-inclusive catering services.  You will notice that with most Catering companies, they are more than happy to show you a great low price for the food but will charge you additional fees for chef and serving staff labor, plates, silverware, glasses, set-up and clean-up.  Almost immediately you will notice that this "great low price" is not so low when you start adding these fees.  This only makes your event more expensive and stressful. 
With Brown's Catering restaurant-style menu, we do things more like a restaurant.  Our concept is easy because this is what the consumer is already used to.  Just like dinner at a restaurant, everything else is already included.  No one is asking you for additional money to pay for dinner ware, chef labor, or serving staff.  In fact, if you went to a restaurant that did this, you would never go back there again, because you would feel like they were trying to nickel and dime you.  So why would you do it with a Catering Company?
  In addition to our all-inclusive service which provides; all dinnerware, table linens, napkins, glasses, and chef and staff labor, our entire staff  arrives at the venue to set up and prepare three to four hours before your event starts. So when you arrive, the entire area has been set up, the food has been prepared, and we are available and ready to follow your timeline.   We are in charge of all clean-up and break down of the event as well.  You will find that this helps eliminate stress and time, as well as money since there is no need to hire a rental company for supplies, setup, and clean up, or rely on friends and family do the work.  Our entire staff is there before, during, and after you leave because we believe that every guest should be able relax and enjoy the event. 
  Many Catering Companies can say that they are a Catering Company, but they are not a full-service Catering Company.  We are a full-service Catering Company.  We are there for you from start to finish.
