Thank you so much for the excellent job you and your staff did to cater our wedding last August. We really appreciated the fact that your service included all of the linens, china, glassware, and flatware. It was one less rental that we to worry about. Your selection of linen colors was terrific, and being able to choose the napkin fold presentation was an extra bonus. Jaylene made sure that every little detail was covered, which was extremely helpful at that busy time in our lives. We are so grateful.
Thank you too, for allowing us to choose the option of a full service luncheon. We wanted to give our guests a classy sit-down meal, and Brown's did not disapoint. Your wait and service staff was prompt, efficient, courteous, cheerful and professionally attired. Since the venue we chose had scheduled another event immediately following our wedding ceremony and reception, we were under a very tight time line, but Maria did a great job, and made sure that everything ran smoothly and according to our plans.
Finally, we want you to know that the prime rib, salmon, and chicken were all prepared to perfection and just delicious. All of our guests raved and raved, and spinach and pear salads were also both outstanding. Thanks again for making our special day truely memorable.
