  I wanted to say thank you again for the wonderful food you provided for the wedding.  Everyone was happy and had many excellent compliments both about the food and staff.  On my own behalf I wanted to extend a special thanks to the staff for all the help they offered and gave to me during the setup.  Everyone was upbeat and friendly.  Professionalism was very high, and the guests were very impressed; as were myself, the bride and groom.  Your staff had to contend with all the little last minute issues that came up; they handled them perfectly.  Things with the food, drinks, cake, toast and everything else your staff was involved with went down without any hitch, or snag, and I must impress upon you the apprecation the bride, groom, and myself have for you and your staff.  I would without any hesitation reccomend you to anyone who asks about a catering company.
